As summer gives way to autumn, many people feel the need to slow down, reconnect, reset, and reflect. “Autumn Renewal” is a full-day immersive retreat experience designed to support emotional wellness, nervous system restoration, meaningful connection, and intentional living through a blend of experiential therapy, nature immersion, whole-food nourishment, mindfulness, movement, and restorative practices.

Set on a peaceful property in Chester Springs featuring wooded gathering spaces, a flowing creek, sauna, hot tub, firepit, and open natural landscapes, this retreat offers participants an opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with themselves in a grounded, supportive environment.
