Noah Carroll, MSS, LCSW
Founder | Psychotherapist

I created InSight out of a passion for offering therapy that feels both deeply human and genuinely effective. Too often, people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or frustrated that insight alone has not created the change they hoped for. My goal is to provide a space where clients feel understood, challenged, supported, and empowered to grow in ways that truly last.

My approach is warm, relational, and active. I believe meaningful therapy happens through a strong connection, honest conversations, and work that reaches beyond surface-level symptom management. I help clients understand the deeper patterns shaping their emotions, relationships, self-worth, and day-to-day lives, while also building practical tools for immediate relief and forward movement.

My clinical background includes working with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families across a variety of settings. Over the years, I have supported clients navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship struggles, identity questions, life transitions, and the effects of painful past experiences. I integrate evidence-based and experiential approaches such as EMDR, IFS, ACT, mindfulness, attachment-focused therapy, and somatic strategies to help clients heal at the level where lasting change happens.

I also believe growth does not only happen in an office chair. Whenever helpful, I value incorporating movement, nature, creativity, and real-world experiences into the therapeutic process. Therapy can be a place not only for healing old wounds, but for discovering a more grounded, connected, and meaningful way of living.

Whether someone is seeking support during a difficult season or ready to do deeper transformative work, I aim to offer a therapy experience that is thoughtful, engaging, and tailored to the person sitting in front of me.

MollyGrace Shipman
Master's Level Provider

Hi! My name is MollyGrace, and I am a Master’s-level intern at InSight Therapy, currently pursuing my M.S. in Counseling Psychology at Chestnut Hill College. As a pre-licensed therapist, my approach is rooted in psychodynamic, family systems, and narrative therapies, with additional experience in executive functioning coaching.

I believe that meaningful therapy begins with authenticity and connection. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and able to fully be themselves. My work often focuses on identity development, helping clients explore who they are, how they want to show up in their lives, and what beliefs or obsticles may be getting in the way. Together, we collaborate to identify personalized therapy goals and build insight into patterns, relationships, and experiences that are creating challenges in your life. While pain and hardship are unavoidable, we can learn to understand, process, and express them in ways that allow us to move forward rather than feel held back.

I am particularly passionate about helping clients feel more connected to their emotions, grounded in their bodies, and empowered to make choices aligned with their values and goals.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy cooking, spending time with my dog, hiking, rock climbing, and taking on (often unnecessary) home improvement projects.
