InSight is a private practice therapy center proud to offer a deeply integrative and nature-centered approach to healing. The center specializes in therapies that harness this connection, including wilderness therapy, adventure therapy, and experiential therapy, giving clients opportunities to grow beyond the walls of a traditional office. From therapeutic rock climbing to outdoor group sessions, clients are supported in pushing past internal and external barriers in safe, empowering environments.

InSight integrates leading clinical modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support clients navigating PTSD, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, anger management, OCD, phobias, and more. The center is also proud to offer specialized care for children, adolescents, and adults, in both individual and couples therapy formats.

In addition to nature-based and trauma-informed services, InSight promotes physical movement as a vital part of emotional regulation and healing. Clients can engage in therapeutic exercise-based sessions that help integrate body and mind.
